Description: (Aticle tested and approved by our care)
This Automatic Condensate Drain for Compressed Air Compressor is a mechanical automatic drain that works without electricity, It features a cast aluminum alloy shell and an internally floating ball drainage system.
The outlet of the trap remains closed as long as the drainage buoyancy is less than the weight of the floating ball inside it,
When the compressed air pressure increases as well as the water in your tank, it will automatically open (even during your use) to drain the condensed liquid and then close again once the drainage is complete.
Characteristics:
This automatic compressed air compressor trap is really an asset compared to the traditional mechanical compressor that you have to unscrew on all fours
The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy, with a corrosion-resistant coating surface.
The automatic drainer is extremely reliable, no need for electricity, no noise, no loss of compressed air.
The drainer has a large drain outlet that can be connected with a hose to divert the drain of this water away from where your compressor is exposed.
Characteristics:
Port Size: Inlet = Outlet = 1/2 BSP
. Max pressure: 20 bar
. Max temperature: 100°C
Capacity: up to 400L/H
Weight: 602 g (approx.)
Instruction:
Before installing this compressor, please completely purge the compressed air and water in your compressor to remove impurities until it is completely clean.
Install this automatic compressor pugeur in place of the old original pugeur
Please note:
Inspect the drain regularly with heavy use.
How to work: turn on your compressor and then open the drain valve manually to pass the air, water into the trap, after a few seconds, close the valve.
For a good use of this pugeur, you are advised to clean it at least once a year, When cleaning, you can simply use soapy water or dishwashing liquid for maintenance, do not use solvents, so as not to damage the rubber fittings or the ball inside.
Also note :
That on some small compressors (not very high off the ground) you may need to add wedges under the wheels, feet, to be able to equip your compressor with this automatic compressor (please refer to the dimensions provided)
