The payment process is carried out in 4 steps as described below
- After filling your shopping cart, you choose one of the payment methods offered by Tiweo. If your choices relate to payment by credit card, you will automatically be connected to Crédit Agricole's e-transactions payment server, which will ask you for your bank details in order to make an authorisation request from your bank. The data required are:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Visual cryptogram
(the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card)
- Upon receipt of Crédit Agricole's E-transaction authorisation response, Crédit Agricole simultaneously sends a reply to the merchant server and a receipt.
- Crédit Agricole's e-transactions server sends the transaction for bank remittance (merchant credit and Internet debit).
- Exchanges between Crédit Agricole e-transactions and yourself (2 and 3) are encrypted. Only Crédit Agricole's e-transactions server knows the user's credit card number.
Transfer
Once your order is validated, choose a payment by "transfer", then print your purchase order. Then, send us by mail a signed copy of the order form, as well as the proof issued by your bank. Make a transfer to the account number mentioned, equal to the amount of the order.
It should be noted that this payment method adds 2 to 3 days in the processing of your order.
Your order will only be processed after receipt of your payment.
Bank check
Once your order is validated, choose payment by check, then print your purchase order that you attach to your payment at the address indicated (on your order form or in your confirmation email). If you do not have a printer, indicate the order number, on plain paper, (to be attached with the check) As well as a photocopy of your identity card and an EDF invoice or telephone receipt (less than 6 months).
Please send your payment within a deadline maximum of one week after placing your order, otherwise it will be canceled.
Your cheque will be cashed immediately upon receipt. From then on, your order can be processed. The availability of an item may change upon receipt of the cheque. In this case, we will do everything possible to restock as soon as possible.
A photocopy of your identity card and EDF (or telephone receipt of less than 6 months) is essential and mandatory for the processing and validation of your order.
